I’m Hari, a Software Development Engineer at Amazon in Seattle, building LLM-powered systems for Alexa+. My work spans intelligent system design across the full stack — from scalable backend services to deep learning models and AI pipelines.

My technical focus areas include LLMs & Generative AI, Computer Vision, and distributed backend systems.

Experience

At Amazon, I’ve worked across two teams: currently on the Audio Playback Experience team powering Alexa+, and previously on BuyWithPrime, where I contributed to the core returns lifecycle for D2C orders.

Before Amazon, I was a Data Scientist at Josh Technology Group, where I built predictive models for CalyxPod that reduced recruitment costs by 50%, and designed ETL pipelines and OLAP workflows that cut report latency by 80%.

Education

B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Shiv Nadar University, India, with a minor in Mathematics. I have also conducted research in computer vision at the Interactive Robotics and Vision Lab (IRVL) and the Visual Intelligence Lab.
